Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SEETZZ purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return

1. Email us at seetzzshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days
3. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us at seetzzshop@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
